I went home backed everything up a few days latter I made my appointment online at the time that suited my schedule. I had to check in then was told to wait under a tree with seating. Signs for an Apple store at The Greene emerged in early June. My family and I will definitely never purchase another Apple product due to the Apple Store's pitiful excuse for customer service. Sorry I can't remember his name but he was patient and understanding. Each time I've done this I have had to chase someone down. The store was packed, but not overly crowded, as staff limited the number of people allowed in the store at one time to make for a more enjoyable shopping experience. I just don't understand why it is always so crowed. This is terrible because it meant I had to come back again for the third time. I came here last Saturday to replace my battery and ended up being turned away around 4pm because they said they are no longer accepting any one because there was already a long wait. So I had them just send my phone back to me.
He then offered their replacement service which would send a replacement watch within a week or so. Time lost is my main reason for 3 stars. I cant trust this store's employees. I have a free battery life app that I downloaded some time ago, but it's apparently gone from the App Store - when I click to download the Pro version no ads , it isn't found in the App Store. Once again, Apple customer service sucks all around and now I finally understand what they meant when they said Apple was abusing Chinese workers in China to produce their precious Iphone. The store is so clean and organized.
Best to have a friend drop you off. After my purchases I realized an hour had passed and I still wasn't called by an Apple tech regarding the damaged phone. My only complaint is that it's a 45 minute drive for us and there is always a line. Mac Town, a retail and repair outlet for Apple products, closed its store at The Greene March 31. Update: I had to switch to one star. If I could, I would give 0 stars.
Despite that cost, and some wet weather, people in Beavercreek said the wait was worth it. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p. Happy I went to the Apple store instead. I would highly recommend this store to a friend especially over buying an Apple product at a big box store like Best Buy, Target, or Walmart. Not really sure what I think about this Apple location.
I already own a watch, and Photoshop runs on Windows too. He still refused, then said my only option was to purchase a new phone. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products answering any and all questions. In both cases, my customer experience with each of the Apple Store reps was remarkable in its responsiveness to my needs and my personal satisfaction. He was true to his word as my iPhone was waiting for me when I returned at 5:30. The deal had been in the works for some time: Negotiations began almost three years ago when Apple the site. Horrible store that won't own up to their own mistakes.

There are 20 people at this table, 15 at another, etc. At first I thought he was just scratching something like popping a zit more like , but he kept doing this the whole time we were talking with him, which was for about 20 mins. Won't ever go back for any reason.
How ironic when they have about 20 sales people on the floor eager to sale, yet only a couple of techies to help with the phone. Yeah - I would skip this location if you can. My family and myself walked in right as they opened-the staff was super friendly and smiling even with it being a holiday Labor Day. We look forward to meeting you and establishing new relationships with customers and friends. When you arrive at an Apple Store, find an employee holding an iPad, who should be able to check you into your Genius Bar appointment. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the other workload.
