My mom and aunt took me here. I recommend the Swap Shop to anyone visiting the Miami area! Well look no further than the Swap Shop. And, they have new staff. I also noticed a booth selling charger cords, like the type you would use to power your laptop. I've only seen the tip of the iceberg; it will definitely be my new playground.
We never stopped because for one, the area was super sketchy looking and it just looked chaotic from afar. We had no idea what was going on for the first 20 minutes. I quickly browsed through the other outdoor covered areas. I'd stick to Best Buy or Macy's etc. If you're looking for perfume, it's there, so basically anything you're looking for, it's there.
I started out by parking on the same side of the street as the facility, it was empty and I quickly procured a spot. If you're looking for clothing, it's there. After visiting a few more times I know what to expect and I've adjusted my expectations. The arcade is pretty neat and you most likely will find one thing that is worth looking at or buying. I would have to say that I found this place to be a bit overrated.
We do not have to get a babysitter for the little one, because he can easily stay with us in the car. Also, all purchases are non refundable so why would you take that risk of buying something and find out later it's not the right fit? I do think it's great that they have so many drive in screens for movies. I parked close to the window tinting shop. Then, all is fine, we watch the previews while a neon light-adorned golf cart drives around selling snacks, movie starts. Perhaps they were a great deal? Each time I visit Fort Lauderdale it's literally a must to stop by. I wish Swap Shop was everywhere, that's how much I love this place. Screen 9 is the original screen and the largest screen.
Biggest waste of money and ruined our anniversary night out. It's a bit far from me, but it is really worth it. After going there this past weekend, I'm kicking myself! I next wandered into the indoor mall. It kind of reminds me of a large pawn shop. Went for auto body addition to my car. I was a bit confused by the numerous booths that were selling toilet paper, this was a popular product for some reason. My experiences have definitely been much better as of late.
Luckily we went out to the carnival section and they accepted credit cards for the rides. I like how you can buy bundles of supply from different stores there. He claims that the movie is fine, he was just over there, and there's no way to get even a partial refund. It kind of reminds me of a large pawn shop. I almost bought up the place.
Come and check this place out they have a lot of great deals. A lot of individuals grow there own food and bring it to the market. There were plenty of parking since it was at the end of the day. I noticed more cell phone accessory stores and shoe shops. Been here a few times and it is super big. From fruits to cell phone cases, perfumes, clothes.
It currently has a whopping 14 screens of various sizes with a large number of movie formats although currently only 9 screens are being used. A South Florida historic land mark for all the wrong reasons. They have a lot of things for sale. People question why Florida is so weird. We found it, but the only way to get into the lot was through two poles that our small four door sedan barely fit through.
